Hi I'm Aisling Fox
I’m a Nutritional Therapist, Herbalist, and the proud founder of AOK Nutrition. I’m also the voice behind “Spilling The Tea with AOK Nutrition,” a podcast where we have honest and open conversations about hormones, fertility, periods, sex, and so much more. My goal is to empower women to understand and take control of their health, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
My Personal Journey
Growing up, my mum was a general and children’s nurse, but her passion for holistic healing led her to train as a Herbalist and Reflexologist. Eventually, she took a leap of faith and opened her own Naturopathic clinic, Breath of Life. I was lucky to be raised in an environment where natural medicine, herbs, supplements, and remedies were the norm.
Now, don’t get me wrong—having pizza and chips with a compulsory side of broccoli used to drive me mad as a kid! But now I get it. Balance is everything, and it’s a value I pass on to all of my clients.
You’ll never find me promoting quick fixes or rigid 12-week programs. My main goal is always to educate and empower people so they can continue their health journey long after they’ve had a consultation with me. True healing is about balance, sustainability, and understanding what works for you.

Roisin O’Kelly – A Family Legacy
My mum, Roisin O’Kelly, is the founder of Breath of Life, a naturopathic clinic she established in 1994 with the mission of alleviating suffering, improving health, and enhancing her patients’ quality of life. Growing up, I had the privilege of watching her work with incredible dedication and care, which gave me early exposure to the world of holistic health.
I worked alongside my mum at Breath of Life for many years, gaining invaluable experience and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of natural medicine. These experiences laid the foundation for my own journey and inspired me to open AOK Nutrition.
In 2019, Breath of Life and AOK Nutrition merged into a partnership, allowing my mum and I to combine our skills and expertise to help even more people achieve a better quality of life. Together, we’ve supported countless individuals on their healing journeys, and I’m proud to continue the legacy of care and compassion that my mum began.

My Passion for Fertility
Fertility and hormones have been my passion for years, but this became even more personal in 2023 when my husband and I decided to start our own family. We experienced a miscarriage—a heartbreaking moment that taught me so much about resilience and healing. In 2024, we were overjoyed to welcome our beautiful son, Theo.
This journey gave me an even deeper empathy for couples navigating the highs and lows of fertility, and it reignited my drive to help others. Supporting women and couples through their fertility journeys is one of the most rewarding parts of my work, and I approach it with care, compassion, and understanding.
My Approach
I’m a self-confessed science nerd with a deep love for biology, physiology, and modern medicine. I stay up-to-date on the latest research but also believe in the power of complementary medicine, particularly Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurvedic Medicine, which I studied extensively during my training.
At my clinic, I blend evidence-based practices with traditional therapies to uncover and address the root cause of health concerns. Whether it’s through detailed blood test analysis, personalized herbal tonics, or tailored nutrition plans, I always aim to create a holistic, sustainable approach to healing.

Why I Do What I Do
Herbal medicine and naturopathy are part of my DNA. Growing up in a family deeply connected to holistic health taught me the power of nutrition and simple lifestyle changes. Those early experiences shaped my passion and inspired me to open AOK Nutrition in 2016.
Whether it’s through one-on-one consultations, my podcast, or online resources, my mission is to help people feel empowered, supported, and ready to take control of their health. Together, we can create lasting change that works for you.
